1. Can I order online?

Yes, you can place the order for your desired and selected products from our website, App.

2. What is the payment method?

We have the facility of Online Payment and Cash on delivery both, distributed according to the pin code & regions

3. What is the time taken for delivery?

After you place the order, we process the order next day. It goes to the Quality Check Department, where the products are checked and finalized. We dispatch the order after it’s checked within 24 to 48 hrs. of placing the order. After handing over the parcel to the courier, usually it takes 3-4 working days for the courier company to deliver the parcel at any address within India.

4. What are the shipping charges?

Shipping is free within India.

5. By which company the delivery of the parcel is done?

As we are a reputed Brand Globally, so we have our shipping and delivery partner like the Logistic Giants DTDC, FEDEX & Aramex. For International delivery we have our trusted partner DHL with us.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do deliver at almost every parts of the World. We have the Logistic Giant DHL as our partner to deliver the product. All international order should be prepaid. Cash on delivery is not acceptable for International order.

7. What is the shipping charge for International delivery?

The shipping charges for International delivery depend on the volumetric weight of the parcel that will be shipped. Also the charge varies according to the delivery region. You can easily see or calculate the shipping charges from our product page, after adding the product in the cart in the shipping charge calculator section.

8. Do I have to bear the custom duty for International shipping?

We only charge the product price and the shipping charges to the customers for an International order. We ship the International consignments through DHL. DHL is responsible to deliver at your doorstep. Custom duty is applied by the government of the shipped country. Each country has their own specified rates. The custom duty, if any, will be paid by the customers during receiving the product.

9. Can I get EMI facility?

We don’t provide any EMI facility directly from our company. Anyway, you can avail EMI facility by purchasing through Credit Card from The CCAvenue Gateway integrated in our website in the online payment option.

10. Can I trust the online payment option?

We, as a reputed Brand have also taken the care of the security of our valuable customers. As for this we have SSL Certificate (Secure Sockets Layer), also we have integrated the most trusted Gateways of the World like CCAvenue & Paypal.

11. How to know the quality of the product?

For our customers, we have added pictures of the products. Also we have provided the description of the product, where the quality, colour, weight including packaging, and the work is mentioned. The colour of the products can vary 2-3% according to the resolution of the screen, and also due to the light effects used during the products shoot.

12. Will I get the exact same product as shown in the website?

All our products displayed in the website are “one of a kind”. We don’t have the extra similar piece of the same. So, you can be rest assured that you will get the exact same product which you will order. After you place the order, the product automatically gets out of stock, and it’s not visible anymore in our website.

13. What if I want refund?

a. In case of any defect in the product or any mismatch of the product(which chances are less than 1%, as we check the products thoroughly before dispatching under CCTV vigilance), we return and refund the amount to the customers. For this you have to report by mail or whatsapp with the images of the defected area immediately within 24 hrs. of receiving the product. Our support team will contact you for further process.
b. If the product is not defective, and you want to return the product because you don’t like it, then we have only exchange option for that. You have to report us by mail or call us after receiving the product. We will guide you to the exchange process. In this case, you have to bear the shipping cost. If you don’t like to exchange in that moment, we will generate a credit note for the amount excluding the shipping cost which you can use for later purchase.
c. For International orders, we will return and the shipping cost will also be taken by the company, if only the product is defective. Else, customer has to bear the shipping cost and also the customs duty (if any)

14. What if I want to return the product after falls and edging?

You have to report for exchange or return within 24 hrs. of receiving the product, else your request will not be taken in account. We don’t exchange or return any product after it is customized(falls and edging ) under any circumstances. Even we will not return of exchange the product if the blouse piece have been cut off, or the blouse have been made.

15. Can I have the blouse for the saree I order?

We don’t have blouses in our website stock. But, we have the option for blouse customization at our product page. The sarees that comes with blouse piece have this option. You can select the bust size, and we will make a standard blouse out of the piece available, and then ship the product. We take a minimum cost of Rs. 550 for customization of the blouse. We customize the blouses from the renowned house named “

16. Do I get the option for falls and edging of the saree that I order?

We don’t have a direct facility to select the option for falls and edging. But, we do falls and edging for the ordered saree. It have to be a prepaid order, and after placing order, you can put the request by mailing us at, & mentioning the order number. We will surely do the needful. Falls and edging is free of cost.

17. Is there any disclaimer or hidden facts?

There are no such hidden facts for purchasing any product from our website. Few things to keep in mind:
a. Always go through the description of the product.
b. Colour of the product may slightly vary from the original, due to the brightness, extra lights during photo-shoot, and also colour varies according to the setup of the screen & resolution. But we have keep in mind, and tried to provide the closest colour of the products.
c. The quality of the products differs according to the price and the design of the product.
d. We have 30 days exchange policy, but you have to inform us within 24 hrs of receiving the product.
e. The product you want to exchange should not be tampered, even the folds should not be tampered, else we will not accept the request.
f. We only return and refund incase the product found defective or mismatched.
g. No exchange or return are done on any customized products(falls, edging & blouse).
