  1. Step 1: Offer or Coupon code

    On your payment page, you can get a special offer option. Select any radio button to apply. You can also enter a discount code at the blank portion and click on “Apply Discount”.

  2. Step 2: Billing Details Fill up

    After clicking the checkbox, you have to fill up your personal details according to instructions.

  3. Step 3: Shipping address & Shipping method

    Update your shipping address Shipping.Now you have to select the shipping method. There are two options; Cash on delivery and Online payment. You can choose any one as per your requirement.

  4. Step 4: Online Payment method

    Now if you wish to pay through online like card payment or net banking, then you have to go for online payment method. Here it will be shown as “Online payment(DTDC)”. Simply click it and and press “Next”

  5. Step 5: {I} Payment Method(CCAvenuePay)

    By placing an order through Debit, Credit card/ Net banking you have to choose the first option and then click on “Place Order”. Then you get billing information where you have to select your card/ net banking options to make your payment.

  6. Step 5: {II} Bank Transfer

    For bank transfer, choose the 3rd option. Here you will get our Branch name, IFSC code and account number to transfer the amount. Then click “Place Order”.

  7. Step 5: {III} Paypal Account

    If you have Paypal account, choose the last option. It will take you to the payment page of Paypal. You can put your details and select 'Pay Now”.

     

  8. Step 6: Cash On Delivery

    For Cash on Delivery select “Cash on delivery (DotZot)” option in shipping method. After clicking that, you have to fill up your personal information and shipping address to get your delivery in the right place.

  9. Step 6: {I} Order placement for COD

    Now you have to click on “Place Order” button in Payment Method after selecting Cash on Delivery. Your order will be placed and you will get all the purchase details including tracking code in your email-id.

  10. Step 7: Tracking order

    To track your order you have to click on “Track Order” option located at the top navigation bar.

  11. Step 8: Tracking code

    Enter the tracking code you've received in your email address and click on “Track” button. Then you'll see your order progress.

  12. Step 9: Chat option
